Colonial Downs OTB Locations

Colonial Downs has Off Track Betting (OTB) Centers in Virginia where fans can watch and wager live horse races year-round via satellite from around the country. These OTBs are in Richmond, three are in Hampton Roads (our newest at Paradocks in Chesapeake), another is in Alberta (45 minutes south of Petersburg on I-85), and three are in southwest Virginia — in Vinton, Martinsville and Scott County.

Inside the venue there will be a green “EZ Kiosk” where you can set up your account, make cash deposits, cash withdrawals and print past performance programs.

Races can be viewed via live streaming at a nearby betting terminal.
