Player Rewards
Player Rewards Program Details
- Player Rewards cardholders can earn quarterly rewards based on a combination of wagering levels and OTB visits. Players must swipe their card before making a bet with a teller or at a self betting terminal to get credit for each wager (one point per dollar bet). Players will also receive a 30 point attendance bonus for each OTB visit in 2010. Colonial Downs will offer occasional promos during the year where cardholders can earn additional bonus points.
- At the end of each quarter, points from OTB wagering and OTB visits will be totaled and rewards, in the form of betting vouchers and/or Colonial Bonus Bucks, will be allocated via the following scale:
- 50,000 points & above – Betting Vouchers
- 30,000-50,000 points – 50% Betting Vouchers/50% Colonial Bonus Bucks
- Under 30,000 points – Colonial Bonus Bucks
- Player Reward point totals will be wiped clean at the end of each quarter. Rewards will be assigned to all cardholders based on point totals at the end of each quarter. All cardholders start fresh with zero points at the beginning of each succeeding quarter.
- Cardholders will receive postcard notification in the mail as to when quarterly rewards are available to be picked up at the OTB each cardholder frequents. Actual rewards will not be mailed; they can be picked up at an OTB.
- Colonial Bonus Bucks will be in $1 denominations, and can be used in Colonial Downs OTBs toward the purchase of simulcast programs, reserved TV seats, food and non-alcoholic beverages (cannot be applied toward admission, actual bets, vending machine or DRF kiosk purchases, alcohol or for use as employee tips).
- No change will be given from Colonial Bonus Bucks; they are to be used as coupons. For example, if a simulcast program costs $1.25, you can purchase it with a Bonus Buck coupon ($1.00 value) and 25 cents in cash.
- Should a Player Rewards cardholder lose or misplace their card, replacement cards will be available for a $1.00 fee.
- Player Rewards program is not available to licensed employees of Colonial Downs.
