The 80th running of the Strawberry Hill Races will kick off Colonial’s summer meet. 700 tailgating vehicle spaces will be available around the track; regular racing fans can also bring in soft sided “Nascar-type” coolers, picnic/snack food, etc. in this unique afternoon event.. Tailgating begins at 10 AM; dining areas/general admission  gates open  at 11 AM; the first of 12 races begins at 12:55 PM.
