VIP Grandstand Seating

Grandstand Admission allows access to the same areas as General Admission, which includes all our first floor amenities, plus it offers an elevated view of the finish line from an individual seat in our grandstand section.

Grandstand Admission is included with your General Admission ticket with the exception of the Daily Reserved Box Seats and Virginia Derby Day when these front row seats are sold individually. Grandstand Admission is sold on a first come first serve basis so get here early to watch each and every race with a front row view.

Dress Code: Casual attire; abbreviated and apparel which displays lewd or vulgar language will not be tolerated

• Harness Racing - Gates open one (1) hour prior to post time.
• Thoroughbred - Gates open one (1) hour prior to post time.
• Colonial Downs prohibits patrons from bringing in food and/or beverages not purchased on the premises.
• No pets; service animals are welcome.
• Smoking policy: Colonial Downs is a smoke-free facility pursuant to the Virginia Clean Air Act.
