We’re seeking an excited, engaged Benefits Manager to oversee the Benefits operations at several locations in Virginia. This is a new opportunity in a recently-opened Virginia-based business. Experience of 6-10 years in benefits administration or HR management & benefits combined. BA/BS with 2-4 years in benefits administration is required; an equivalent combination of education and benefits administration is acceptable. Experience in shared-services environment and/or in a start-up is highly preferred.
This is a fast-paced, high energy environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Please be able to travel about 25-50%; frequently daytime travel but there will be some overnight travel within the Commonwealth. SHRM and/or HRCI certifications highly preferred. EEO
