  • Four food stations:
    • Fresh harvest vegetable crudités: seasonal baby vegetables and traditional crudité served with roasted eggplant hummus, blue cheese dip, ranch
    • Charcuterie: assorted meats and cheeses, artisanal breads mustards, relishes, spreads
    • Fondue: variety of fondue served with an array of breads, pretzels, chips, lightly steamed vegetables, dried fruits.
    • Sweet table with a blend of holiday cookies and confections.
  • Choice of 3 passed hors d’oeuvres (see Festive Mixer package)
  • Two hour open bar
  • Salad station featuring two composed salads and market mixed greens with a variety of traditional toppings and dressings.
  • Pasta station with chef attendant.
  • Pre-sliced or carving station* (choice of two)
    • Turkey*
    • Maple Glazed Pork loin*
    • Crab stuffed salmon
    • Prime rib (additional charge of $8++ pp)*
    • Roasted tenderloin (additional charge of $10++ pp)*
  • Potato bar with mashed Yukon gold potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, and mashed purple potatoes served with assorted appropriate toppings.
  • Sweet table with a blend of holiday cookies and confections.

*Chef Attendant required for each carving station – $125 per chef. Stations include accompaniments, sauces and artisanal rolls.

    Boiled jumbo shrimp, Chesapeake Bay oysters on the half shell, crab cocktail fingers, remoulade, Tabasco® sauce, cocktail sauce, lemon wedges and horseradish.
